Accommodation Details
Kitchen
The kitchen includes plenty of storage space, and a good range of pots and pans. There is cutlery, crockery, glasses etc for 10 people. There is an electric double oven, with a 4 ring gas hob.
Good quality appliances include a washer-dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, 4 slice toaster, food blender, Nespresso coffee machine, and a slow cooker.
Child/baby friendly cutlery and crockery is provided, together with a microwave bottle steriliser.
Dining Area
The extending oak dining table provides ample space for 8-10 adults. Two high chairs for babies/toddlers are available on request.
Lounge Area
The lounge area comfortably seats 8 adults on a leather corner suite and an armchair.
Entertainment facilities include a large flatscreen TV, DVD player, DAB radio/i pod dock/CD player, and a playstation 2.
A selection of playstation games, books, board games etc are provided.
Wifi is available throughout the house and is included in the price.
First Floor - Family Bathroom
This includes a bath with shower over it, WC, wash handbasin and towel rail.
First Floor - Twin Bedroom 1
This contains two twin beds (3ft wide), 2 bedside tables and lamps, a radio alarm clock, built in wardrobe space, a flat screen TV and a dressing table.
First floor -king/twin bedroom 2
This large room contains a set of ziplock beds that can be set up as two twin beds or one super-king bed (6ft wide). There are 2 bedside tables and lamps, a radio alarm clock, a hairdryer, built in wardrobe, flat screen TV and a dressing table.
This room can easily accommodate a travel cot.
There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower enclosure, WC, wash handbasin and towel rail.
Top floor - king/twin bedroom 3
This bedroom has views of the garden, and across to the sea and surrounding countryside. It contains a set of ziplock beds that can be set up as two twin beds or one super-king bed (6ft wide). There are 2 bedside tables and lamps, a radio alarm clock, built in wardrobe, flat screen TV and a dressing table.
There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower enclosure, WC, wash handbasin and towel rail.
Top floor - kingsize bedroom 4
This is a spacious room with countryside views. It contains a kingsize bed, 2 bedside tables and lamps, a radio alarm clock, a hairdryer, built in wardrobe, flat screen TV and a dressing table.
This room can easily accommodate a travel cot.
There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower enclosure, WC, wash handbasin and towel rail.
Outside
Outside is an enclosed garden including a lawn and a paved patio area. There is a large table and chairs with space for 8 people to relax and eat outside.
A charcoal kettle barbecue and tools are provided.
Two parking spaces are available within the property and there is space just outside the property for a further two cars.
Guests are welcome to store beach equipment and bicycles etc. in the shed.
