Welcome to The Old Chapel

The holiday cottage is part of a converted Methodist Chapel in the peaceful village of Halsetown, on the outskirts of St Ives.

The beaches, shops, galleries and restaurants of St Ives are about a 30 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive away.

From April to October a bus service to the centre of St Ives leaves from nearby.

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms the house is ideal for two families sharing, several couples sharing or multigenerational family holidays.

There is an open plan living area on the ground floor, and two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms on both the first and top floors.

Children and dogs can play in the sunny garden, and there is off road parking for up to 4 cars.

During the holiday season our guests are able to use the facilities at Polmanter Touring Park which is a few minutes walk away. These include the Stable Bar/Restaurant, children's play areas, and an outdoor swimming pool (available late May-mid September).

Relax

The Old Chapel is well equipped with household essentials so on arrival you can settle in to your home from home and plan your holiday activities.

Some guests prefer to spend time in the local area and barely use their cars once here; you can sunbathe in the garden, use the Polmanter facilities or wander down through the fields and lanes to St Ives where the sandy beaches and clear blue waters await.

What Guests Say

"Had a fabulous week at The Old Chapel, a gorgeous house in a great location, with great amenities a stones throw away. House was a perfect size for 8 adults, 2 babies and 2 dogs.

30 minute walk into St Ives and regular buses back only took 10-15 minutes.

Would definitely recommend and come back!"
